Grappling classes are suitable for both beginners and advanced athletes, focusing on the complete development of a fighter. Each session starts with a warm-up and basic gymnastics, followed by practicing wrestling and ground techniques. Positional and free sparring adapted to participants’ skill levels is also part of the class. The lessons further develop movement skills, coordination, and body awareness.

Sunday 10:00–11:30 AM

The class takes place every Sunday, no registration needed — just show up. All you need is sportswear and a mouthguard.

Physical strength and fitness

You’ll improve physical fitness, overall strength, and body control. Training will push you further in mobility, coordination, and fighting technique.

You’ll build inner strength, improve your ability to handle stressful situations , and gain skills useful not only in sports but also in everyday life.

Safe guidance for all levels

Beginners and advanced athletes train under supervision, suitable as a complement to MMA, judo, BJJ, or as a stand-alone sport.
