Wednesday – OCR/Obstacle training

Circuit training focused on jumps, box jumps, rope climbing, ring hangs, and other elements inspired by OCR races. Ideal for anyone looking to improve movement, strength, and coordination — all set to a Drum and Bass beat.

Friday – light morning circuit

A morning session focused on mobility, glute activation, and problem areas. Light weights, calisthenics, and a few pump exercises to get you ready for a night out. Perfect for anyone wanting to start the day moving without overdoing it.

Friday – afternoon circuit

A stronger and more intense workout that engages your entire body. Each circuit is different, with varied exercises, music setting the pace, and the goal to sweat hard, tone up, and push your limits.

DnB & OCR training coaches

The training sessions are led by an experienced coach who guides you through every phase — from obstacle techniques to rhythmic exercise combinations. They tailor the workout to your fitness level and ensure proper form. This way, the entire training is safe, effective, and full of energy.
