The class focuses on working with basic asanas, adapted according to rehabilitation and physiotherapy concepts. Traditional yoga poses are presented in a way that ensures safe exercise while activating deep abdominal and back muscles, promoting safe stretching, increased flexibility, and mobility. Emphasis is placed on precise execution of the exercises (positions). The goal is to compensate for sedentary work, develop body awareness, and learn proper movement habits.

The class is led by an experienced coach who will help you with each position, adjust the exercises to your needs, and ensure proper technique. The goal is to make the practice safe, effective, and beneficial for the entire body.
