The class focuses on working with basic asanas, adapted according to rehabilitation and physiotherapy concepts. Traditional yoga poses are presented in a way that ensures safe exercise while activating deep abdominal and back muscles, promoting safe stretching, increased flexibility, and mobility. Emphasis is placed on precise execution of the exercises (positions). The goal is to compensate for sedentary work, develop body awareness, and learn proper movement habits.

Improving flexibility and mobility

As a result of improved flexibility and mobility, your range of motion increases. This will help you perform many other physical activities more effectively, including other forms of training. And last but not least, it helps prevent injuries.

Core activation

You work on spine stabilization, improving posture, enhancing balance and coordination, relieving pain, and preventing injuries.

Developing proper habits

You learn proper posture and work on eliminating bad habits usually linked to today’s hectic lifestyle.

Mindfulness

Conscious focus on the body and movement. You engage in movement with full attention, working on greater control over your body and increasing the efficiency of your movements.
