There are various stations where you will strengthen key muscle groups - using your own body weight, resistance bands, dumbbells and other equipment. The result is effective strengthening, body shaping and rapid calorie burning.

Circuit training with us takes place under the guidance of an experienced trainer who will guide you through each station and make sure you exercise correctly and effectively. The trainer will adjust the pace to your abilities and ensure that you get the most out of each lesson.
